
Hey, I’m Victoria Rojas, Lifecycle & CRM Specialist.
I help companies keep the customers they worked so hard to get.
For over ten years, I’ve been designing the journeys that happen after someone clicks “sign up” — the onboarding sequences, the retention campaigns, the moments that turn a new user into a loyal customer and eventually into an advocate.
I’m currently a Lifecycle and CRM Specialist at Lodgify, where I build automated customer journeys, run end-to-end campaigns from planning to performance analysis, and work across marketing, sales, and product teams to make sure our CRM strategy connects to real business goals.
Before that, I led lifecycle and CRM at HelloPrint, where I managed email marketing across multiple international markets, designed customer journey workflows, ran A/B testing programs, and trained cross-functional teams on CRM-driven strategies. I’ve also worked in digital marketing at organizations in the fashion and tech industries, and spent nearly three years at Nike Colombia coordinating brand campaigns, managing retail experiences, and designing consumer journeys at the intersection of physical and digital.
My background isn’t purely technical — I studied Visual Communication and Art at the University of Nebraska before going on to earn a Master’s in Marketing & Sales (EAE Barcelona) and a Master’s in Digital Marketing (AIP Barcelona). That mix of creative thinking and data-driven strategy is what shapes how I approach lifecycle marketing: it’s not just about the funnel mechanics, it’s about crafting experiences people actually want to be part of.
Why Lifecycle Mag?

I created Lifecycle Mag to fill that gap. This is a space for actionable strategies, honest frameworks, and real thinking about the full customer lifecycle. No fluff, no recycled best practices. Just the insights I wish I’d had at every stage of my career, shared so others can grow faster.

I’m fluent in both Spanish and English (native in both), which has allowed me to build and manage campaigns across markets in Europe, Latin America, and the US.
